The Production Plus™ automation system is a PLC based control system that uses QIMS™ for the operator interface. The system can incorporate 5 to 20 pieces of plant equipment and 4 crushing circuits.

Also included in the system are the instrumentation needed to effectively automate the plant. This includes equipment amperage monitoring, probes for crusher levels, and lasers for bin level. Information from these instruments feed the control logic.

The Etheridge Maximizer™ control algorithm processes the field information and push the plant production within the specified parameters. The optimal settings are determined during our onsite system calibration.

Over 90% of the installation wiring associated with this system is in the motor control center. There are a very limited amount of field sensors required. This greatly minimizes the installation costs of our systems.

On retrofit jobs, the system can be installed with no downtime to the plant. Additionally, the system is installed in a way that current manual controls and safety interlocks will continue to function as they currently do.
